Why work with a coach?

What can you expect?

I will facilitate a joint space to help the client develop guided by my business & life experience, curiosity, energy, enthusiasm, honesty and commitment to help the client find new insights. This will be a joint collaborative developmental journey to help the client access more of their own untapped resources.  This is more impactful and lasting than just providing answers.  The coaching process is based on a “Systems-Psychodynamic” perspective that focuses on emotions as well as thinking in the context of person, role and organization. I am committed to the highest professional standards for the protection of my client’s confidential information. 

What do I expect?

Commitment to engage whole-heartly in the coaching process bringing your courage, honesty and vulnerability as well as the willingness to experience personal transformation from your current to desired state.

Practically speaking

Each session is 75 minutes. Many coaching experiences can greatly improve the client’s situation, if not resolve them in 6 to 10 sessions. I normally start with a short initial free of charge session to define what a successful outcome looks like for the client and assess the client-coach match for success. As digital nomads our session will be held in Zoom or Teams and enhanced with “digital whiteboard” collaborative tools like Miro with multiple personal frameworks if needed for planning, prioritization, business decisions, team dynamics, leadership growth etc.

In addition, I have a passion for the gadgets and tools that help us be the best digital nomads possible.  More concretely I bring a rich and unique portfolio of global leadership experiences at director level positions in global sales, business development, alliances, enablement and marketing in tech start-ups, Fortune 100 companies and my business angle investments. Swedish/American citizen having owned seven homes in four countries: USA, Sweden, France and now Portugal.  Enjoy challenges that include skippering ocean yachts, kitesurfing, cycling, kayaking, diving, x-country & off-pist skiing and amateur astronomer. In relationship and a proud active father of two adult children.
